TEXAN POTATO BAKE

Category: Hash Brown Potatoes/Casseroles

1 small jar cheese whiz
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1 large pkg frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
2 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz) pkg frozen corn and green/red pepper
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Topping
2 cups or more crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup melted butter

Combine ingredients except cheddar cheese and place in a large greased baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes. Add cheddar cheese and continue to bake for 15 minutes. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over melted cheese. Continue to bake for 15 minutes. Serves 8-12
