BOURBON CHICKEN WITH A KICK

4 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup bourbon
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Place chicken between two pieces of wax paper and pound to 1/4 inch thick; place in a baking dish. Combine brown sugar and next five ingredients. Brush mustard mixture on both sides of chicken. Cover and marinate for one hour in refrigerator. Remove chicken, save marinade.

Combine butter and oil in large skillet over medium/high heat and saute chicken until done. Remove drippings from skillet and place chicken on a serving platter. Add marinade to skillet and bring to a boil, pour over chicken and serve.
