GARLIC AND BASIL MARINADE for Seafood

Category: Marinades

3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
4 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup chopped basil
1 tsp salt and pepper

Combine ingredients and use for desired seafood. Marinating in refrigerator. Remove seafood from marinade before grilling.
