Shelly's Recipe

ALL PURPOSE GRILLING MARINADE

1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup cider vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp ketchup, olive oil and Dijon mustard
4 cloves roasted garlic
1 green onion, chopped
1 tsp paprika, thyme and hot pepper sauce
Fresh ground black pepper

Combine ingredients until well blended. Cover and marinade at room temperature for 2-3 hours. Makes 1 cup

NOTE: Use for any vegetables, meats or seafood. Also go as a basic vinaigrette for salads.
