CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE - Easy

1 can cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soups
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp chicken broth
2 (4 oz) cans diced green chilies (hot or mild, or a small can of each)
1 cup cooked and coarsely chopped chicken
1 small onion, diced
1 cup sliced olives
Oregano
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
12 corn tortillas

Mix first 6 ingredients in large pan. Add only enough broth to slightly thin. Season as needed. Simmer on low 15 minutes. Add chicken and next 5 ingredients

In greased casserole dish, layer tortillas, sauce and cheese. Repeat layering. Bake in 325 for 1 1/2 hours.
