HALIBUT STEAKS PARMESAN

4 fresh or frozen halibut steaks (thaw if frozen)
1 egg beaten
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp butter, melted

Place fish in 11 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Combine egg, soup, milk, and 1/2 of cheese in pan. Stir over low heat until cheese melts. Pour over fish. Toss bread crumbs, butter and remaining cheese and sprinkle over fish. Bake 375 20-25 minutes until fish flakes easily. Serves 8
