CHOCOLATE SNOWFLAKES

1/2 cup oil
4 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Cream together oil, melted chocolate and sugar beating well. Add eggs one at a time and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients and add a little at a time. Refrigerate overnight. Drop by tspfuls in confectioners sugar onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes being careful to not over bake.
