ORIENTAL CHICKEN WINGS

1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
1 c. oyster sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. tomato ketchup
2 tbsp garlic powder
1/4 c. gin
2 dashes liquid smoke flavoring
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1-1/2 lbs. chicken wings, separate at joints, discard tips
1/4 c. honey

In a large bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, gin, liquid smoke and sugar. Place chicken wings in marinade, cover bowl and marinate in refrigerator for a minimum of 8 hours (or overnight).

Prepare a grill; light charcoal and heat until coals are ash white or heat a gas grill on medium-low heat; lightly oil the grill grate. Arrange chicken wings on the grill and discard marinade. Grill on 1 side for 20 minutes then turn and brush with honey. Continue grilling for an additional 25 minutes or until juices run clear.
