2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup apricot juice
2 cups orange juice
3 cups apple juice
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 sticks cinnamon
1/4-1/2 tsp cardamom spice
Combine all ingredients. Bring to boil and simmer for one hour. Serve hot. Makes approximately 16 servings.
