BARBECUED APPETIZER MEATBALL

Category: Meatballs

1 can evaporated milk
3 lbs hamburger
2 cups quick oatmeal
2 eggs
1 cup chopped onion
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt or powder
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Sauce:
2 cups catsup
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup chopped onion

Mix ingredients and dissolve. Pour over meat balls. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Mix and shape into balls.
