MOUNDS CAKE

Cake
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
1/2 cup oil
1 1/4 cups water
3 eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition

Filling
30 large marshmallows
1 (14 oz) can coconut
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

1 container ready made chocolate icing

Combine cake ingredients and pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350 until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool on wire racks.

Make filling: Place filling ingredients in saucepan and cook on low heat until marshmallows are melted.

Place 1 layer cake on serving plate and spread filling between layers. Spread with icing.
