3 lbs red potatoes, quartered
1 1/2 tsp chili powder and paprika
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp sugar and salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 375. Toss together ingredients in a large bowl and place on a baking sheet. Cook for 1 hour, turning frequently or until lightly browned. Serves 4
