BRISKET DRY SEASONING

½ cup chili powder and salt
¼ cup granulated garlic, paprika, granulated onion, black pepper and brown sugar
2 tbsp dry mustard
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 bay leaves

Combine ingredients in a food processor. Rub into the surface of brisket until well coated. Smoke brisket as desired.
