Shelly's Recipe

* GARLIC BUTTERED FISH FILLETS *

4 catfish fillets (I used cod)

Sauce
¼ cup butter
2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Preheat broiler for 5 minutes. Brush pot with cooking spray. Place fish on broiler pan and brush with sauce. Broil close to heat source 5-7 minutes, basting with sauce.
