FIESTA BURGERS

¼ cup butter softened
½ tsp garlic powder
3 hamburger buns split in half-and-half
1 lb ground beef
¼ cup chopped onion
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
Dash pepper
1 cup shredded processed hot pepper cheese

In a small bowl, cream both butter and garlic powder. Spread evenly on buns. in a bowl, combine meat and remaining ingredients; mix and shape into 6 (½”) patties. In a skillet, toast buttered buns while cooking patties, uncovered, over medium-low heat, 12-15 minutes or until brown and no longer pink in center, turn once.
