TEXAS CHICKEN CASSEROLE

2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
8-10 flour tortillas, cut in strips
1 small onion, cut into rings
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken bouillon
1 (10 oz) can tomatoes with chilies

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a shallow 3-quart baking dish. Place chicken on bottom. Layer with tortilla strips, onion, and cheese.

In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over casserole. Cover and bake for 30-45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. NOTE: Can be made the day before baking.
