BIG TEN CASSEROLE

1 ½ lb ground beef
2 large onions and green bell peppers, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 (4 oz) jar green olives, sliced
4 cups spaghetti sauce
46 oz tomato juice
16 oz egg noodles, cooked al dente
4 cups grated cheddar cheese

Brown beef and vegetables in a skillet. Combine all ingredients except cheese. Layer into an 11x13” baking dish and an 8” square pan; top with cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Serves 16
