BOURBON CHICKEN WINGS

24 chicken wings, separated
3 tbsp bourbon and olive oil
1 tbsp grated lemon peel
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup unseasoned bread crumbs
1 tbsp Hungarian paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Toss to coat the wings and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight.
Mix the bread crumbs and seasonings in a plastic bag. Drain wings and toss into the crumb mixture. Place the wings on a baking sheet and place about 5 inchs under a preheated broiler. Broil until crisp and golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
