FOUR CHEESE TURKEY CASSEROLE

2 cups finely chopped cooked turkey
1 cup heavy cream
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese, shredded mozzarella, shredded parmesan and ricotta cheeses
¾ lb medium egg noodles, boiled for 6 minutes or until still firm to the bite
1 (10 oz) pkg thawed frozen petite peas
Salt and pepper
¼ cup sliced almonds

Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, combine turkey, cream, and cheeses. Toss this mixture with the noodles and peas. Add salt and pepper and transfer to a butter casserole dish. Top with almonds and bake for 20-30 minutes or until bubbling hot.
