LEMON GARLIC CHOPS

8 boneless pork chops, 1” thick
2/3 cup lemon juice
½ cup olive oil
1 (4 ½ oz) jar chopped garlic
2 tbsp dried tarragon, crushed
Paprika

In a small bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Place chops in a large resealable bag and pour in marinade. Seal bag and marinate in the refrigerator 6-8 hours or overnight. Drain chops, discarding marinade.

Place on rack in broiler pan, 4-5” from the heat source. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Broil 5-6 minutes or until brown. Turn and sprinkle again. Broil 5-6 minutes more or until chops are just done. Serves 8
