1/3 cup light corn syrup and white wine
1/4 cup corn oil and Dijon style mustard
2 tbsp parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/3 cup diced onion or scallions
Saute onions in a little corn oril until cooked but not browned. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over grilled chicken.
