CHICKEN DRUM POPS

1 1/4 cups soy sauce
2/3 cup dry sherry
1 cup hoisin sauce
2/3 cup Chinese plum sauce
1 cup minced onion, both white and green
5 clove garlic, minced
2/3 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup honey
5 lbs chicken drummettes or wings
1/2 cup sesame seeds
In a saucepan, combine first 8 ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
In a large bowl, combine sauce and chicken. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking pan with foil. Roll chicken in sesame seeds and bake in a single layer until just cooked through, about 1 hour. Serve at room temperature.
