Shelly's Recipe

* HOT SAUSAGE DIP *

1 tbsp oil
1 large onion, chopped
4 clove garlic, chopped
1 lb roll sausage and hamburger
1 lb process cheese, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz) can diced Rotel tomatoes
1 (7 oz) can chopped and peeled green chilies

In a skillet, heat oil and sauté onion and garlic. Add meats and brown while stirring. Drain excess fat. Melt cheese in the microwave for approximately 2 ½ - 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients into the melted cheese. Serve hot with corn chips. Refrigerate leftovers.
