BANANAS FOSTER TARTS II

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2 tbsp brandy or brandy flavoring
5 bananas, thinly sliced
2 pkg (6 shells each) mini pie shells
Preheat the oven to 400. Combine the butter and the brown sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the mixture is creamy, approximately 3 minutes.
Add brandy and stir. Gently stir bananas into mixture. Remove from heat immediately. Let stand for 5 minutes. Place 2 tbsp of the mixture into each pie shell. Bake pies for approximately 10 minutes or until they bubble.
