Shelly's Recipe

* Cucumber Salad *

2 cucumber slices skin on
olive oil and vinegar salad dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 red onion sliced thinly
1 tsp dry dill weed
1 large ripe tomato sliced
1/2 tsp dry parsley

Combine all the ingredients in a plastic container. Cover tightly with a lid. Marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
