Shelly's Recipe

BAVARIAN SAUSAGE SALAD

1/2 lb knockwurst, cooked and cooled and cut knockwurst into small cubes
2 small pickles, minced
1 medium onion, minced

Dressing
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar, pepper and paprika
1 tbsp capers

1 tbsp chopped parsley, garlic

In a bowl, sausage, pickles and onions. Mix together dressing ingredients and adjust seasoning if needed. Combine with sausage mixture. Just before serving, garnish with parsley.
