1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup apple-cider vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
