TRIPLE LAYER CHERRY CHEESECAKE TRIFLE

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup vanilla yogurt and milk
1 small pkg instant vanilla or cheesecake pudding mix
2 (21 oz) cans cherry pie filling

1 pound cake, cut into bite-size pieces

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add next 3 ingredients and beat until fluffy. Spoon 1/3 pudding mix in bottom of bowl, sprinkle with 1/3 cake and top with 1/3 pie filling. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used up. Chill until ready to serve.
