WHISKEY PUMPKIN PIE

1 deep dish pie crust

2 cups cooked pumpkin
1 cup sugar
3 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup whisky
1 tbsp cornstarch

To pumpkin, add sugar, egg yolks and cinnamon and beat for several minutes. Add cream, butter and whisky; mix well. Sprinkle cornstarch over stiffly beaten egg whites and fold into pumpkin mixture. Pour into pie crust and bake at 375 for 1 hour. Let cool.
