COCOA CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

2/3 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar and packed brown sugar
1 (3.9 oz) pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
2 eggs
3 tbsp water
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda and salt
1 (12 oz) pkg miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. Cream together first 4 ingredients until light and fluffy. Add next 3 ingredients; mix well. Combine dry ingredients and add to the creamed mixture (dough will be stiff). Stir in chips. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks.
