MEXICAN FIESTA POTATOES

1 (28 oz) pkg frozen hash brown O’Brien potatoes, thawed
1 ( 16 oz) jar salsa con queso
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tbsp Cajun spice mix
1 (8 oz) pkg shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups crumbled spicy quesadilla bite-size rounds

Preheat oven to 350. In a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking pan, combine first 5 ingredients. Top with crumbled chips. Bake 40 minutes or until bubbly.
