DILLY CHEESE POTATOES

1 can cream of onion soup
3/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp dry dill weed
1/4 tsp pepper
4 cups sliced potatoes, about 1 1/4 lbs
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Dried dill weed, for garnish
In a 2 quart casserole dish, combine for 5 ingredients. Add potatoes, stirring well to coat. Cover casserole with lid or plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 10 minutes. Stir to rearrange potato slices. Cover and microwave on high 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and dust with additional dill weed. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving. Serves 4-5
