CRUSTED IRISH POTATOES

6 boiled potatoes, cold
3 tbsp butter, softened
1 cup cornflakes
6 strips bacon

Rub peeled potatoes with butter and roll in crumbs. Wrap strip of bacon around each potato. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Serves 6
