CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES - Easy

3-4 large baking potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 can cheese soup and cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup bacon bits

Place potatoes sliced in bottom of baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

In a saucepan, combine soups and milk, stir until blended and heat until bubbly. Pour mixture over potatoes. Cover dish with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.

The thickness of the potatoes will determine the cooking time. Carefully remove foil and sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits. Return to oven and bake 5-10 minutes until cheese melts and is slightly browned.
