CHICKEN HAWAIIAN

6 medium chicken breasts
1/2 cup soy sauce and pineapple juice
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Arrange chicken in a baking dish. Combine ingredients for marinade n a saucepan, saute 5 minutes. Cool. Pour over chicken and let marinade 1-2 hours. Remove from marinade and place in grill over indirect heat over a drip pan. Cook 40-60 minutes or until chicken is tender, brushing frequently with marinade.
