GARLIC SHRIMP WITH ANGEL HAIR PASTA

2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion
1/2 cup white
1 1/2 lb medium fresh shrimp, shelled
3 clove garlic, crushed
3 tbsp chopped parsley
1/3 cup crushed red peppers
4 oz butter
10 oz angel hair pasta
Salt and pepper, to taste

Heat oil in a saute pan. Add onion and saute 3 minutes. Add garlic, saute 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook 1-2 minutes. Add butter, wine, red pepper salt and pepper, to taste. Cook pasta in rapidly boiling salted water; drain. Place and plate and serve shrimp over it.
