GARLIC BUTTERED FISH FILLETS

4 catfish fillets

Sauce
1/4 cup butter
2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Preheat broiler for 5 minutes. Brush pat with cooking spray. Place fish on broiler pan and brush with sauce. Broil close to heat source 5-7 minutes, basting with sauce.
