KENTUCKY BOURBON CHICKEN

3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
3 cups bourbon
3 cups brown sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup white wine
6 oz olive oil
3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp powdered ginger
Garlic, pepper and salt to taste
Cut up thighs into chunks, brown in a skillet and put into a large shallow baking dish. Pour Sauce over Chicken and bake for 60 minutes at 350 basting chicken every 10-15 minutes. Remove Chicken from baking dish and pour chicken and sauce in a large skillet. Bring to a high heat until sauce thickens and caramelizes. Put chicken back into baking dish and serve with Cajun or Dirty Rice.
