BRANDIED TIP ROAST

Category: Roasts/Tenderloin - Beef

1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup brandy, Worcestershire sauce and apple juice
2 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp pepper
3 1/2 lb boneless sirloin tip roast

Combine ingredients and place in a resealable bag. Marinate in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight, turning bag several times to distribute marinade. Drain beef; reserving marinade. Grill 1 3/4 to 2 1/4 hours for medium (between 140 to 160 degrees). Transfer beef to serving platter and let stand.
