PEANUT BUTTER-CHOCOLATE BROWNIE PIE

1/2 cup semi-sweet baking chocolate
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, divided
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 (11 oz) pkg peanut butter & milk chocolate morsels, divided
1 prepared chocolate crumb pie crust
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
Vanilla or chocolate ice cream
In a small bowl, combine cocoa, flour and salt. Beat eggs and 1 tsp vanilla in a small mixing bowl; blend in sugar and Blue Bonnet. Add cocoa mixture; blend well. Stir in 3/4 cup morsels. Place crust on baking sheet; pour batter into crust. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine cream and remaining vanilla and morsels. Microwave on medium-high for 1 1/2 minutes; stir. Microwave at additional 10-to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Cut pie into wedges; top with ice cream. Spoon sauce over ice cream and pie.
