PECAN CHEESECAKE PIE

1 deep dish pie crust, unbaked

Filling
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 large eggs
1 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar

Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 4 ingredients until smooth. Pour mixture into crust and sprinkle with pecans. Blend remaining ingredients until smooth and gently pour over nuts. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until center is just set and pastry is golden. Cool in wire rack.
