GARLIC CHEESE BUTTER

1 large clove garlic, peeled and halved
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
Pinch pepper
1 1/2 stick unsalted butter, room temperature

In a food processor with a metal chopping blade pulse garlic with next 3 ingredients until finely minced. Add butter and pulse until creamy, about 2 (10 second) churns of motor, scraping down the bowl between each. You can either roll in waxed paper and refrigerate to harden to use on chops, chicken or fish, or use as a spread for bread.
