HOT CRAB SPREAD

1 cup half-and-half
2 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, fresh minced parsley, garlic and onion salt
1/4 tsp pepper
8-10 drops hot pepper sauce
2 (5 oz) cans crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed

In a sauce pan, combine first 12 ingredients and cook over low heat until smooth. Add crabmeat and heat through. Serve with crackers.
