HAM SPREAD

8 oz ham
1 tsp horseradish
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp dry sherry
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Chop ham very finely in a blender or food processor. Combine ham with other ingredients in bowl and mix until mixture reaches a spread able consistency. Serve with toast points or your favorite crackers.
