HAM AND CHEESE SPREAD II

16 oz pkg frozen broccoli
2 (1 lb) loves frozen bread dough, thawed
3 cups shredded cheddar, Swiss and/or Monterey jack
2 cups finely chopped fully cooked ham
2 tbsp butter, melted
Salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste
1 tsp poppy seed
Cook broccoli according to pkg directions; drain and cool. Roll each loaf of dough into a 14x10” rectangle. Place one in a jelly-roll pan. Sprinkle with all ingredients except poppy seeds to within 1/2 inch of edges. Place second rectangle on top, sealing dedges. Brush the top with butter and sprinkle with seeds. Bake at 350, covered, for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.
