1 lb diced bacon, cooked until almost crisp
1 1/2 cup half-and-half
2-3 tbsp dried parsley
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
Sliced mushrooms
Garlic salt and pepper, to taste
12 to 16 oz any type pasta, cooked al dente, drained

Drain skillet and return bacon. Add remaining ingredients except pasta, seasoning to taste. Reduce heat; stir and heat for 4 minutes. Spoon in pasta; toss to coat. Serves 6-8
