SWISS CHICKEN ROLL UPS

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
4 slices prosciutto or fully cooked ham
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup milk and sour cream
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp paprika
Dash pepper
Cook spinach fettuccine
Four each roll, place 1 slice ham near 1 edge and with cheese. Fold in long sides of chicken and roll up, starting from the edge of with the cheese. Secure with toothpicks.
In a skillet, cook chicken in 2 tbsp butter for 24-30 minutes or until chicken is tender an not longer pink, turning to brown evenly. Remove toothpicks.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, cook mushrooms and garlic in remaining 2 tbsp butter until tender. Remove from heat. Stir together next 6 ingredients and add to sauce. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes longer. Arrange chicken on fettuccine and top with sauce. Serves 4
