CAJUN TWISTER

1/2 cup diced smoked sausage
1/4 cup chopped celery and onion
1/2 cup cooked white rice
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
4 oz cream cheese
4 flour tortilla wrappers

Saute sausage and vegetables until lightly browned. Add rice, tomatoes and seasoning. Heat until warmed through. Spread cream cheese on wrappers. Top with sausage mixture and roll each tortilla tightly. Serves 4
