1 box fat free instant vanilla pudding
1 box sugar-free orange gelatin
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz) can mandarin oranges
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
Mix 1 cup boiling water with Jell-O; dissolve and add 6 ice cubes. Pour in pudding mix and beat 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping & then oranges. Chill and serve. Serves 4
