ORANGE DESSERT SALAD

1 large pkg orange jello
2 cup boiling water
1 (12 oz) can frozen orange juice
2 cans Mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (use juice)

Frosting
1 cup cold milk
1 large pkg instant vanilla pudding
1/2 pint whipped cream
1/4 cup sugar
Dash of vanilla

In a large bowl add the boiling water to dry Jell-O. Add frozen orange juice concentrate. Add drained oranges and crushed pineapple, using pineapple juice. Let gel in 9 x 13-inch pan.

Frosting: To the cold milk, add vanilla pudding; beat. In separate bowl whip the whipping cream with the sugar and vanilla. Fold into pudding mixture and spread on jello.
